How to request deletion
- 1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
- 2. Include enough information for us to identify your account and the data you want deleted.
- 3. We may contact you to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the request.

- Your full name
- The email address or phone number associated with your account
- The Jazyen app or service you used
- Any other information that will help us locate your data
What happens next
After verifying your request, we will delete the personal data associated with your account from our active systems. We may keep limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. We will let you know when the request has been completed or if we need more information.
